FOOD is a concert born from the collaboration between Paolo Fresu and Omar Sosa, which combines different musical worlds in a sound path inspired by food. Through sounds, voices and noises collected in kitchens and restaurants around the world, the two artists create a score that celebrates taste, conviviality, culture and sustainability. The result is a multisensory experience where jazz, Latin, African and world music come together in a unique and engaging language.
