Nino Frassica is accompanied by Los Plaggers, a band made up of six formidable musicians; the name Plaggers is a fusion of Platters and plagiarism. The show is a highly original and engaging musical journey combining concert and cabaret. A great party, a musical journey down memory lane with a repertoire of over one hundred revised and corrected songs, in which famous songs, while retaining their identity, are cut and reworked in Frassica’s own style. Songs such as “Cacao Meravigliao,” “Grazie dei Fiori bis,” and “Viva la mamma col pomodoro” will be presented, to which “Viva la pappa col pomodoro” will be added, as well as “Mamma mia dammi cento lire” and theme songs from yesteryear such as “Portobello” and advertising jingles. and then “Campagna” becomes “Voglio andare a vivere con i cugini di campagna” (I want to go and live with my cousins in the countryside), and then “Siamo donne” (We are women), which ends with “Donna a Surriento” (Woman in Surriento), “Neri per sempre” (Black forever), “Tuca tuca” etc… The audience also plays a leading role.
