Our little house brings the authentic flavors of Trentino with crispy Brautwurst sausages from the historic Cappelletti butcher shop in Folgaria, enriched by the recipes of chef Luca Agostini. Rustic sandwiches with meats and cheeses from the mountain dairies, spätzle with Trentino cheeses and crispy speck, traditional desserts such as strudel and apfelkiachl. Accompanied by mulled wine, beer, and Trentino grappas.
