A family business for two generations, we produce authentic cured meats using Italian meat that we slaughter ourselves, processed by hand and aged on the Bleggio plateau.
As founding members of the Trentino Salumi Consortium, we offer various specialties, including five cured meats with the Trentino Quality Mark.

In this cottage you will find

Speck, Luganega, Carne Salada, Pancetta Affumicata, Mortandela. But also Salami, Bresaola, Lardo, Kaminwurzen, Lombo, and Coppa stagionata.
